スタート役員へは予め、スタート業務終了後速やかにスタートの有無をチェックしたリストを計センまで持ってくるようにお願いしておきます。 うやむやになって当日情報が届かない、スタート役員にも連絡がつかないということも起こりうるので、何時に誰がどこの誰にリストを持ってくるのか決めておきます。 なお、スタートが出走チェックに使用する表ですが、計センの方で下記のように出走と欠場/遅刻のチェック欄が別になっているものを作成しスタート役員に渡しておくと後々計センでの判読作業が楽になります。 (Excelファイルのダウンロード)
※これとは別に遅刻者の実スタート時刻を記入するための用紙も必要です。
