Synchronize PC's clock

Menu (Main Window) : [Tool] > [Network Time And Sync]

It is possible to synchronize PC's clock to another PC's clock. At first, configure one PC's clock exactly. It is handy to use NTP with internet.
Then, open 'Network Time And Sync' window at other PC and click 'Synchronize only this PC' button to synchronize. 'Sync all clocks' feature don't work now. (It depends UAC feature of windows)
