许可证
该软件是一个共享软件。当开始名单中登记的竞争者人数超过200人时，需要许可证。 本软件可用于小型活动，即在startlist.dat文件中注册的竞争者人数少于200人时，无需许可证。 少于200人。云服务（网络应用）在没有许可证的情况下不能使用。
